The 6 foot foam filled bean bag chairs was designed for 2-3 adults, but as you
see you can throw more people on it than that.
Are Chubby Chairs bean bag chairs?
Chubby Chairs are similar to bean bag chairs in concept but yet very different.
Chubby Chairs are filled with high quality shredded foam instead of Styrofoam beads.

What is the Warranty on a Chubby Chair?
When searching for a foam bag chair, read into the difference between warranty and guarantee.
Lovesac has a lifetime guarantee, but only a 3 year warranty on their covers. We carry the same
policy. Lovesac's guarantee is that sac will remain comfortable for a lifetime and never go flat. We also carry the same
policy because our product is also very high quality. Have the cushions on your couch ever gone flat? Foam generally
doesn't go flat. So really, the guarantee sounds good, but it's a no brainer, which is why we say it too. Now I'm confused.
What is the difference between Lovesacs & Chubby Chairs?
Price. That's pretty much the main difference. Lovesac also ships their bags in a reusable duffle bag. They also have
great name recognition. Our bags are simply less expensive, but just as nice. Check out our

Do you sell foam bag covers separately and do they fit a Lovesac?
Yes. We do sell covers separately. And Yes, our covers do fit the Lovesac brand. So if you have an old
Lovesac that needs a new cover, or if you purchased a Naked Lovesac and are looking to cover up its nakedness,

What is your return policy?
All products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping charges. We are confident in our
product and have yet to have a return because a customer didn't think our quality was as good as another brand.
If you get your chair and want to exchange it for another size - no problem - as long as it's within the 30 day period.
How long does it take to receive my Chubby Chair love sack bag?
All items ordered leave our warehouse in 1-5 business days via FedEx Ground. Transit time can be 1-5 business days.
If you live on the West Coast, you can expect to receive your Chubby Chair in about 3-6 business days.
If you live on the East Coast, delivery time is usually about 5-10 business days. Please note that you
will receive your cover and insert(foam+liner) in separate packages not always on the same day.
Do you offer discounts on multiple orders?
Yes we do. Depending on the quantity of chairs you are ordering, we can definitely offer you a discount.
Please contact us and we'll give you our best pricing. We also sell discount covers that we purchased
at a discount from other companies, or open box items that were exchanged within our 30 day return period.
Can I get a material sample to match my room?

material samples you would like to see.
Why are Chubby Chairs so cheap if they're just as good?
Chubby Chairs is pretty much an online business. We do work out of an office and are not home-based, but we don't have a fancy store front.
Because we are not located in any malls or strip malls, we have a low overhead and can pass along our savings to the smart Internet shoppers.
Some items are available for pickup at our Utah location.
What do I do when I get my Chubby Chair?
You will receive your cover and insert(foam+liner) in separate packages that may or may not arrive the same day.
The insert will look like a giant bag of foam. Remove outer shipping bag, and then remove the plastic bag that is wrapped around the insert.
The foam will begin to expand by itself, but with a little help, it will expand quicker. When vacuum packing the foam bag for shipping, the shredded
foam sticks together. By simply loosening or "fluffing" the foam, your chubby chair will expand much quicker.
Fluff the insert by kneading or massaging the foam. This can be done without unzipping the liner.
If you are not in a hurry, it is easier to knead the foam if you let the bag sit for a couple hours to a day after you remove the plastic bag
because the air will loosen up the foam. Flip the bag over and continue to the fluff the foam bag.
The foam bag will expand to about 80% capacity within a few hours to a day (depending on the amount of fluffing), but it will take a few days longer
to fully expand depending on the fluffing and usage of the Chubby Chair. You can place the cover around the insert at any time,
but the longer you leave the cover off, the quicker the foam will expand because the air can get to the foam quicker.
